Memorial MRI & Diagnostic offers the service of pre-certifying exams for you and your patients! All you need to do is provide us with the following information at the time you schedule your patient:
- Physician Order
- Copy of insurance card – front and back
- Clinical notes
Memorial MRI & Diagnostic then takes it from there to finish out the pre-certifying process both timely and efficiently.
