PRE-CERTIFICATION SERVICES
Because every minute counts in your busy office, Memorial MRI & Diagnostic offers the service of pre-certifying exams for you and your patients! All you need to do is provide us with the following information at the time you schedule your patient:
- Physician Order
- Copy of Insurance Card – Front & Back
- Clinical Notes
Memorial MRI & Diagnostic will take it from there to finish the pre-certifying process both timely and efficiently.
